Sundays at 7:00 AM

Our weekly 90-minute Endurance & Race-Style Training Session takes place every Sunday morning. The class blends running, conditioning, and functional strength work to give members a refreshing change of pace to wrap up the week.


This session is also built to help athletes prepare for race-style events, and it works — many of our members have performed exceptionally well using this training.


Whether you're building your engine, improving overall conditioning, or gearing up for an upcoming race, this class is designed for all fitness levels.
