Program Description
CrossFit redefines fitness with its unique approach: 'constantly varied functional movements at high intensity.' More than just a workout, it's a hands-on, immersive fitness experience. Our CrossFit classes are crafted by expert coaches who are dedicated to your fitness journey, helping you achieve your goals with personalized attention. Each one-hour class includes a general warm-up, specific warm-up, strength training, a high-intensity metcon (cardio) session, and optional post-strength work or stretching. Class sizes are limited to 14 participants on weekdays and 18 on Saturdays for personalized coaching. CrossFit is more than a workout—it's a lifestyle change. And be warned, once you start, you might never look back at traditional gyms again!
