Program Description
Age-based summer fitness programs that build strength, coordination, and confidance--while having serious fun! All sessions are led by certified CrossFit Coaches in a safe, energetic environment.
WOD Squad (Ages 3-9)
Start Strong, Move Well
Our youngest athletes learn body control, balance, and movement through games, obstacle courses, and fun challenges. We introduce strength, agility, and teamwork through age-appropriate workouts and skill-building games.
Tuesdays 3:45-4:30PM
Teens (Ages 10-16)
Train Like an Athlete
Teen-focused CrossFit programming that blends strngth cycles, weightlifitng progressions, and conditioning all while having fun!
Sundays 8:30-9:30AM
Mondays & Wednesdays 10:00-11:00AM muntil 8/18
Starting 8/20: Wednesdays 6:30-7:30PM
Cost
- Drop-in $30/class
- 4 Class Punch Card $115 (2 month expiration)
- 8 Class Punch Card $210 (2 month expiration)

- Warm-Up
- Skill Focus or Movement Goal
- Workout (age-scaled CrossFit)
- Fitness-Based Game
